METHODS OF PAYMENT: We accept Visa, Mastercard via Paypal. Payment can also be accepted by Money Order or Bank Transfer.
 
FREIGHT CHARGES: All  Tri Nature's orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours directly from Tri Nature via road transport or Australia Post at Tri Nature's discretion. Tri Nature charge a flat rate of $17.00 (inc. GST) Australia-wide, your goods are electronically tracked - ensuring they reach you.
This charge will automatically appear in your order at checkout. NB: Orders will be left at front door if no one home unless specified under customer notes at checkout. An additional attempted delivery fee may be charged by the couriers if they are unable to leave your goods.

GUARANTEE: All our products products are guaranteed to give satisfaction when used as directed. If for any reason there is dissatisfaction you will be required to complete a claim form to be returned with the unused portion of product and your full purchase price will be refunded or damaged product replaced. All requests for refunds or replacements should be received within 28 days of purchase.
